Homeopathic Remedies

All remedy sales are final.
Remedies are prepared and sealed individually for each client and cannot be returned or refunded once dispatched.

Digital Instructional Videos & Programs

All digital video and program purchases are final.
Access is delivered instantly upon purchase and is non-refundable.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it promptly.

Books & Digital Publications

Physical book orders: if your copy arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo and we will send a replacement.
Digital/eBook purchases are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.

Consultation Bookings

Consultations cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full credit toward rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at our discretion, subject to availability.
No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable and are not eligible for rescheduling credit.
Prepaid consultation packages are non-refundable but are transferable to a rescheduled appointment within 90 days of the original booking date.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If any physical item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
We will send a replacement once the matter is reviewed.
Items reported after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
